Every single detail of your wedding will contribute to the overall look and feel of your wedding.  We have the knowledge and experience to make sure that all your wedding elements work together and determine whether your different ideas work coherently with each other. We also work regularly with reliable suppliers and vendors so we’re able to obtain preferential rates which new clients aren’t offered saving you money and keeping you in budget. Having a partial planner and stylist you still have control of the suppliers and vendors were just here to offer guidance and help when you need us.

Partial Planner and Styler Package

This package is for couples who know what they want for design, have chosen their venue but need some assistance to execute their vision.

  • Initial consultation to understand your vision and budget
  • Designing and styling advice
  • Face-to-face consultation at your chosen venue or location
  • Concept design mood board
  • Supplier sourcing (we supply 3 quotes and you liaise directly with the supplier once chosen for a hands-on approach)
  • Floor plans
  • Run sheets

On the day:

  • 8 hours on the day to oversee your wedding
  • Set-up and pack-down all styling elements for ceremony
  • Set-up all styling elements for reception
  • Liaison with suppliers and vendors


  • Our partial planner and styler package start at $3500 for 8 hours on the day to oversee your wedding and includes all the above.
  • Additional hours can be added depending on your needs.
